Return Policy

Please review our return policy before sending any items back.

Returns are accepted only if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team within two days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.

Items that have been worn, washed, improperly cared for, or purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note: We do not offer exchanges; if you would like a different size/item, please place a new online order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Customer is responsible for the costs incurred to ship returns back to our office; customer will not be refunded these costs unless the return is due to our error. 

  1. All returns must be received by TSR within 30 days of the date you received the package.
  2.  No refunds for items NOT in new condition. 
  3. TSR is not responsible for lost or stolen returns. 
  4. Refunds will be made to the method of payment you used when placing the order.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.


Shipping Policies 

We ship out items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.

In general, please allow 3-5 business days to allow for processing time. If it's a longer lead time, we will update the store homepage with an update.
